RETURNS & REFUND

  • Please call our sales department or send us an email  for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping cost is customer responsibility unless product comes damaged or missing.
  • When calling for a return authorization, please have the order number and exact amount of returning goods indicating the reason for return.
  • If product comes damage during transportation, please notify us immediately. If you dont contact us in 7 days upon receiving the material, we reserve the right to count the order received in good condition.
  • Once Customer received the RMA the order should be in the original packing in good conditions and drop it off with the carrier UPS, USPS, FEDEX. Customer  is responsible for the returning cost.
  • All Returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking charge. No returns are allowed after 14 days of purchase.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and must be made in original factory cartons; otherwise we cannot issue credit.
  • Once the RMA is issued, return materials must be returned within 30 days or the RMA will be canceled.
  • Once We receive the return Product we issue refund accordingly to what we received within 48 Hours.
  • Cancellation up to  12 Hours after order been placed. Once the order has been shipped the shipping cost for the return is customer responsibility.
  • ALL SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
