Material Inspection
- Natural Variation: As a natural stone, Bianco Dolomite may show differences in color, pattern, texture, and veining. Expect these variations from what is pictured.
- Pre-Installation Check: Inspect tiles for damage, including chipped edges or broken pieces, before installation. No services or adjustments will be made after installation begins.
Installation Instructions
- Dry-Fitting: Lay out the pattern before applying adhesive to plan cuts and visualize the installation. This helps manage variations in the stone.

Using Thinset Mortar:
- Use white thinset mortar to prevent color changes in the tile.
- For faster installation, use a rapid-curing thinset.

Adhesive Application:
- Apply adhesive that can be covered in 10-15 minutes.
- Maintain a grout joint of at least 1/16", avoiding a butt set.
- Use a 3/16" or 1/4" square notch trowel.
- Smooth out the ridges in the mortar using the flat side of the trowel before placing tiles.
Grouting Instructions
- Use non-sanded grout to prevent scratching the marble.
- Test a small area before full grouting to ensure no scratches.
- Fill grout joints completely, avoiding pits or voids.
- Clean excess grout as you work, not letting it harden fully.
- Never use acid-based cleaners for grout haze removal.
- Use a damp sponge for final cleaning and smoothing grout joints.
- Apply grout release before grouting to ease cleanup and prevent staining.
Sealing
- After grouting, apply a high-quality breathable stone sealer to protect against water absorption, efflorescence, and staining.
- If desired, use a color enhancer to bring out the natural color of the stone.
- Reseal the tiles when needed, particularly if they darken over time.
Cutting
- Use a wet-saw with a continuous rim diamond blade designed for marble.
- Avoid using “turbo” or notched blades, which may cause chipping.
Care and Maintenance
- Clean with a few drops of neutral cleaner, stone soap, or mild dishwashing detergent mixed with warm water.
- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning and dry with a soft cloth to prevent streaks.
- Avoid acidic cleaners (lemon, vinegar, etc.) and abrasive products, as they can damage the marble.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
