Tuscany Beige 12 in. x 12 in. tiles from MS International have a beautiful natural stone pattern to make your setting unique and varied, while the neutral color and low sheen coordinate with any design aesthetic. Hearty enough to withstand sub-zing temperatures outside and versatile enough to work with an under-floor heating system inside, this elegant tile is a splendid choice for any commercial or residential flooring project. It's also a stylish tiling option for backsplashes, countertops, shower walls and fireplace facades.
NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing.
Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure.
All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

- Smooth honed finish with a low sheen and random variation in tone

- Semi-vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 3% but less than 7%
- C.O.F. .80 and above is recommended for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines; highly skid resistant
- Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
- Suitable for residential and commercial applications
- Don’t forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset and installation tools

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
